  Confetti layered stencils by Emily Moore designs

  Well, the squiggly layer came out fine using a paste, but the little bits and circles had a lot of bleeding underneath, which ruined the base of the card. I’m fairly new to working with paste and stencils, so it might be that I need more practice. Hope you have better luck than I did.
